    Thank you, Robert

    I like the idea of accepting who we are before we can move to improve or change the things we identify as worthy of the efforts of positive change. This self acceptance, with both strengths and personal flaws/challenges, can lead to the insight of accepting others for who they are including with their seeming imperfections. As you said, knowing and accepting yourself (Reflection) is key to confidence and more authentic interactions.

      Exactly! The more details I can see and allow and accept about me-as-is, the more I can accept about other people. This whole idea about self-improvement is about what I think I need to do to make myself finally worthy of acceptance and worthy of love.
