Why practice? Or why have practices? You practice so that in the moment of spontaneous conversations, when you have little or now time to react, you can count on your practices to help you create the quality of interactions you most want to have.
Life is an improvisational experience. Practicing the Seven Dimensions gives a man a better chance at improvising richer interactions. Without practices designed to further what you most want with the people around you, you are left with reruns of conversations and relational experiences.
That is what this is all about.
